The chalet is fully furnished with ACs of heating facilities features 2 single beds, 1 extra bed and a sofa that accommodates 2 adults. Fully set up kitchen and wide smart TV. Big balcony with a barbeque grill and another relaxing sofa seat. ** IMP : Please refer to house rules and consider before booking.

My place is unique in terms of furnishings, its light and bright colours make it very comforting. The terrace is a kingdom on its own with its cosy well-located sofa facing greenery and pool water. The well-equipped kitchen makes you utterly fulfilling in case you never wanted to leave for a dine outside. Very close to a private beach less than 80 meters.

House Rules:
* Unmarried Egyptian couples are not allowed per the compound rules.
* Mixed groups are not allowed per the compound rules.
* EGP 100 per night entrance fees is to be paid upon compound entrance.
* You will be asked to share front and back copies of your personal IDs 48 hours before arrival for local police check.
* Any extra person over 3 will be charged EGP 350 per night as a supplement.
* Smoking is allowed ONLY in the balcony premises.
* Only small pets may be allowed.
* For hygienic reasons, please bring your personal bed sheets, pillow sheets and towels.
* The place doesn't provide bathroom soap or toilet paper.
* Women will be asked to wear pool bonnet or head cover when using the swimming pool.
* One additional night is requested to be paid against household insurance and shall be returned /refunded upon checkout unless damages occur.
* * Place MUST be left clean, tidy and in shape as found. No furniture dislocation or misplacing items.
My guests are allowed to use the multiple pools across the resort, the beach and all the common areas of course. Kids are happy to find play grounds and swings in different areas.
