Located on the ground floor, in an exclusive, quiet compound, and surrounded by a fully private garden 60 sqm - it feels like a mini-villa rather than apartment. The nearest pool is just 20 m away and is often so quiet that it is for your use only.
The package also offers free use of a fabulous sandy beach, heated and unheated pools, the spa, the gym, and any other free facilities - in the affiliated Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Beach Resort. The hotel just reopened in March 2021 after a full renovation, and is very clean and very modern on the usual Pickalbatros level. A 20% discount applies to meals and other paid services.

Essential for the holiday goods and services are available at an easy 400 meters to the main street, incl groceries, beverages, dining and much more (El Ezaby, German Bakery, McDonalds, KFC, best Italian restaurant in town, Drinkies, Duty Free, a handful of British bars and pubs, etc.). There is a small but well supplied souq for the souvenirs and gift shopping (El Khan), there are beauty salons for hair and body care, ATMs and bank offices. METRO and Ragab Sons have branches near-by, and there is a handful of smaller local food stores 24h right outside our gate. We say: Park your car and enjoy walking... anywhere! :)

For longer journeys or to go discover the rest of Sharm, taxis and service cars are easy to find 400m away by the main street, and there are some helpful numbers in the guest folder.

The apartment has a comfortable layout, so you can enjoy your meals on the terrace or in the garden right outside the living room, and there is a full kitchen, equipped with a fast washer, a fridge-freezer, cooker, oven, toaster, electrical kettle, espresso-cappuccino machine, and other essentials for cooking or serving a beautiful or even romantic meal.

The bathroom consists of a toilet and a walk-in shower room, separated from the toilet by a glass door. Both have a window. An iron and a hair dryer are provided. The apartment has air conditioning, but for maximum convenience there are also ceiling fans. You can make use of them for a faster or more efficient cooling, or if instead of the a/c-d environment you prefer to keep the windows open and enjoy the fresh air from the sea and the mountains.

The top-of-the-market pocket coil mattress in the bedroom, as also the rest of the bedding and linens, have been chosen and are cared for with your maximum sleeping comfort in mind, and most materials are natural like cotton, linen, wool or down.

Extra bedding for 2 more guests is provided in way of a sofa that opens into 2 futons 90x200cm, that can be used separately or side by side.

For the entertainment there is an ample TV with the usual selection of Arab and international sky channels, but you can also browse your favourite web sites, or compare the weather back at home, or stream content from your palm device, like for example view on the big screen the photos that you took during the day. Fast 50 Mbps internet with ample packages is provided via Orange Home 4G service.

A local phone card can be provided upon demand, so you can enjoy telephoned services (for example, order food or beverages to be delivered to the door) and stay connected with your loved ones over Internet, and share.

This accommodation is best for relaxing in full privacy and greenery, surrounded by butterflies and bird song, and no other noises, or for easy roaming - El Gouna-style - in the immediate surrounding areas of Nabq, where the free hotel facilities provide some extra buzz and entertainment, and you can of course go swimming or snorkeling in the sea there.
