The villa is a 3-minute drive to Downtown and a 5-minute drive to Abu Tig Marina, the heart of El Gouna's dining, shopping and nightlife.

IMPORTANT:
Upon making the booking you need to send us the IDs (front and back Egyptian ID) or passport in order to arrange permit with security to enter El Gouna.
Please note that the entry to El Gouna is subject to El Gouna management approval. In case your ids or passport got disapproved by El Gouna management we will fully refund you. To avoid late notice disapproval, you must send the documents the moment you book. If your booking is in less than 48 hours, please contact us before you book.

Please note that pool heating is optional and costs 600egp/a day extra.
In order to have the Pool warm, please inform us minimum 2 days before your arrival to switch it on. It takes 2 days to be heated.The heated pool temperature is maintained above 26-28 degrees as per international standards. In case of windy and lower temperature days, it is common that water feels colder.
