Cozy one-bedroom apartment located in a quiet neighborhood of St. Petersburg.
The apartment is on the last floor of a ten-story building equipped with an elevator. It offers two separate living spaces and its bedroom is very bright, comfortable and furnished with a large double bed and a wardrobe. Upon request, we can provide an extra bed or a cot. The bathroom is separate, very clean and holds its washing machine. In the spacious living room there is a modern folding sofa, a large plasma TV and shelves. Its fully-equipped kitchen offers all of the appliances you'll need to prepare a meal including a modern refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle and microwave.

The apartment is within close proximity of a large complex with a grocery store, movie theater, many cafes and shops. Public transportation is also easily accessible including the Metro Station Komendantsky Prospekt (just a 5 minutes walk). On the metro you can get to the famous city of Kronstadt in just 30 minutes, and to the center of the city in 20 minutes. It also a short ride to Krestovsky Island with its popular amusement park and the new Zenith Arena.

Near the house you can park your car. Bedding, toiletries and towels are included in the price. We will also organize a transfer to the apartment from the airport or train station.
