The space
Ideally located 5-6 minutes away from the marina and downtown and right next Sliders Water Sports Park featuring Floating Aqua Park, Wake Park, Restaurant, Lagoon Beach, Bar, Kids playground, table tennis, and Swimming Pool.

The large shared Infinity pool is right in front of the apartment.

There is a master bedroom (with a comfy queen-sized bed), full bathroom with shower, a cozy open-space living room with 43" flat screen TV, dining table, terrace with garden and marvelous view and kitchen. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests comfortably, the sofa bed in living room expands to double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances: microwave, stove, kettle, fridge, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, glasses and all necessary cooking tools.

Guest access
My guests are able to access the entire apartment plus a shared pool just in front of the apartment, free parking on premises and free wifi.
I want you to feel at home, so I provide fresh clean towels, bed linen and the essential toiletries.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT (please read this before you book)

For health and safety reasons, proper swim wear must be worn in El Gouna
swimming-pools. Loose, cotton clothing or long swimsuit are not allowed.

Upon making the booking you need to send me the IDs (front and back Egyptian ID) or passport in order to arrange permit with security to enter El Gouna.
A security deposit of EGP 1,500 is payable at checkin and refundable at checkout provided that no damages happen to the property

IMPORTANT: Please note that entry to El Gouna is subject to El Gouna management approval. In case your ids or passport got disapproved by El Gouna management we will fully refund you. To avoid late notice disapproval, you must send the documents the moment you book.

Please make sure that you have your approval email from your host at least 24 hours before your travel date. If your booking is in less than 48 hours, please contact us before you book.
