The Lagoon Villa is a peaceful retreat in a great location. Only a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach and main windsurfing and kitesurfing lagoon (Laguna area). Complimentary sun loungers, bean bags and a large outdoor Jacuzzi are perfect for relaxation. There is a BBQ and everything you need to have a relaxing holiday or honeymoon. The English owners live close by and offer very high standards of cleanliness, local advice and information.

Facilities; This spacious, modern two bedroom apartment sleeps four people comfortably (A child can sleep on the sofa bed - costs an extra 100LE/night). Quiet air conditioning in both bedrooms and complimentary WiFi. High quality furnishings and fittings. Private sunny terrace with outdoor patio furniture. Secluded grassy garden and BBQ.

Bedrooms; The master bedroom has a large king size bed (160cm) plus there is a separate twin bedroom with direct access to the garden. Both have continental comfort pillows, mattress toppers, and Egyptian cotton sheets and towels.

Kitchen; Separate kitchen with large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, Lavazza espresso machine, cooking utensils, a microwave oven and two hobs. Tea towels and washing up liquid are also provided. The kitchen is reached via the master bedroom.

Other; If you do not wish to cook you can dine at any of the hotels on the beach. Take away is also available and can be delivered to the door.

The bathroom; is interconnecting with a waterfall shower and WC.

Jacuzzi pool (shared with one other apartment); The pool is heated by the sun, so if you wish to enjoy sitting in the pool, best to come March to October. May to September the pool is over 30 degrees. You can book both apartments some dates to have a private pool.

Additional services; Sheets and towels are provided and changed weekly. Additional cleaning can be arranged.

The nearest supermarket, ATM, launderette and vegetable shop is only a minutes walk.

The public sandy beach is a 3-4 minute walk and is free (if you wish to use hotel sunlounger's and swimming pools this can be arranged directly from 150LE day).

The local town of Masbat is a 5 minute taxi ride and costs 30LE each way. There are great restaurants and cafes here which are extremely good value.

- Please note this is a quiet place so no parties are allowed. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 8am to respect the neighbors.
- Smoking is allowed in the garden only - strictly not inside the apartment.
