4. (15%) Insurance deposit to be paid upon check-in (refundable if no damages after deducting utilities consumption & checkout housekeeping fees)
5. 5,000 EGP / week beach admin fees to be paid by tenant to Palm Hills upon check-in
6. 6 adults max (chalet occupants) can access the beach, no invitations for outside visitors
7. Minimum stay (1) Week

10. Checkin 2:00 pm and checkout 12:00 pm
11. Late checkout option (till 7:00 pm) is upon availability for 50% of day rate
