The terrace and living room both share a marvellous view, overlooking infinity pool and lagoon. The place has a relaxing and luxury feel, perfect for families, couples and group of friends.

The space
Ideally located 5 minutes away from the marina and downtown and right next Sliders Water Sports Park featuring Floating Aqua Park, Wake Park, Restaurant, Lagoon Beach, Bar, Kids playground, table tennis, and Swimming Pool.

You can enjoy big, private, heated jacuzzi with hydro massage, bubbles and water jets.
Jacuzzi with fresh, clean water filled just before your check in. The temperature can be set up to 37 degrees and is set 35 by default. If you have other preference pls let me know.

There are three bedrooms. First master bedroom with queen size bed, private attached bathroom and amazing view on the lagoon and pool. Second room with 3 comfy single beds (they can be put together on request). Third bedroom with one single bed and one expandable bed, which can be set up to fit one or two guests. 2 extra full bathrooms with shower. A spacious living room with flat screen TV, terrace with comfortable and elegant sofas, dining table and beautiful garden with bean bags and sun beds.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests. All the rooms have AC.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances: microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, pots, pans, plates, glasses and essential cooking tools. The apartment has washing machine and clothes dryer.

I want you to feel at home, so I provide fresh clean towels, bed linen and toiletries.

My guests are able to access the entire apartment plus a shared infinity swimming pool in front, free parking on premises and free wifi.


IMPORTANT (please read this before you book)

For health and safety reasons, proper swim wear must be worn in El Gouna
swimming-pools. Loose, cotton clothing or long swimsuit are not allowed.

Upon making the booking you need to send me the IDs (front and back Egyptian ID) or passport in order to arrange permit with security to enter El Gouna.

IMPORTANT: Please note that entry to El Gouna is subject to El Gouna management approval. In case your ids or passport got disapproved by El Gouna management we will fully refund you. To avoid late notice disapproval, you must send the documents the moment you book.

Please make sure that you have your approval email from your host at least 24 hours before your travel date. If your booking is in less than 48 hours, please contact us before you book.
