- Kitchen; Black granite topped kitchen with small fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, Lavazza espresso machine, cooking utensils, two hobs (ceramic), and a microwave oven.
- Outdoor Jacuzzi pool; The pool is heated by the sun, so if you wish to enjoy sitting in the pool, best to come March to October. May to September the pool is over 30 degrees. The outdoor Jacuzzi pool is shared with the Octopus apartment. You can book both for a private pool. The seahorse apartment has a private spa bath in the bathroom.

- The nearest supermarket, launderette, ATM is less than a minutes walk.
- The public sandy beach is a 3-4 minute walk and is free of charge and has shade and a calm sea for swimming (if you wish to use hotel sunloungers and swimming pools this can be arranged directly with them).
- The local town of Masbat is a 5 minute taxi ride and costs 30LE each way. There are great restaurants which are extremely good value.

- Other; If you do not wish to cook you can dine at any of the hotels on the beach Take away is also available and can be delivered to the door.
- Additional services; Sheets and towels are provided and changed weekly. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. This is a self-catering apartment.
- Please note this is a quiet place so no parties are allowed. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 8am to respect the neighbors.
- Smoking is allowed in the garden only - strictly not inside the apartment.
