The villa front door opens on a beautiful sandy beach bay, and is serviced with all amenities including free sun beds and umbrellas. Besides, the bay has a small marina used for water sports and fishing.
The space
The villa is 2 floors and a roof, and consists of 4 bedrooms, a nanny room, and 5 bathrooms.
The fist floor consists of a master bedroom with an internal bathroom, nanny room with internal bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, open space reception and living room (50 inch TV + Nilesat decoder), dinning room, guest bathroom, big terrace, and opens on a huge 850 m2 front garden.
The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, and a living room with a pool (billiards) table, and 2 bathrooms.
The house is nicely decorated with modern furniture, and has a pool table in the first floor living room. All the bedrooms are air conditioned. And 2 of the bedrooms has private bathrooms, and a nanny room with a private bathroom too.
The villa is located on the beach of sokna/zaafarana bay which is much better for swimming than the beaches towards sokhna/suez direction.
The villa is next door to Movenpick Hotel, thus can use the hotel restaurants, spa, water sports and amenities of the hotel. The villa front door is Few steps from the beach, with a private vast garden of more than 850 m2.
The compound has 3 public pools and children’s play ground.
The garden needs to be irrigated once daily for 1 Hour. It could be early in the morning or late in the after noon. So the gardener would need to access garden at those times.
